For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of jewelry or accessories. All our products will be put through steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please email us at within 5 days of delivery with your concerns and photos for us to help you the best we can. 

All marked down sale items, jewelry and accessories, are final sale.  

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Please email us and we will adjust your order.

We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring size or to replace items if they are defective. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. 

Adjustable rings are not available for returns or exchanges.

If you need an exchange, please send us an email at with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.

Exchanges must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 5 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 

No - Engravable items are made the way you order them. We are not responsible if you input wrong information or do not read listing information.
